When should I book you?
The sooner, the better. Most clients book 1–3 months in advance to ensure availability and allow time for a smooth handoff of details. If your event is coming up sooner, feel free to reach out. If I have the date open, I’m happy to jump in.
What’s the difference between day-of coordination and full-service planning?
I specialize in day-of (and multi-day) coordination, which means you handle the upfront planning and I step in to bring everything together and execute it seamlessly. I take over communication, timelines, and logistics so you don’t have to manage anything during the event itself.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, I do. Travel, accommodations, and meals are added to your package based on location. I’m based in Long Beach, California, and regularly support events both locally and out of town. Most of my events are in LA, OC, or San Diego.
